WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“Out of the blue, I received a visit one day from a lady I'd never met nor spoken with...Marla Čolić of Marcus & Millichap. She asked me if I would ever consider selling this place? As it turned out, I'd been considering it, given that someone had been constantly demanding I get him a number of what it would take. At the time, my window was 2 to 3 years before even considering to sell. I gave her a number that I would need to sell earlier than planned. She gathered a few documents and returned within a week. She had prepared a nice presentation of my business and convinced me to go for it. I was so impressed, I said why not… As it turns out, I did sell the business. From her initial unsolicited visit until closing, I remained extremely impressed with how diligent and responsive this lady was in gathering interested investors… Marla Čolić: Bottom line, extremely impressed!! Thank you Marla!”
