The seller, a Tennessee-based limited-liability company (LLC), was represented in the transaction by Anne Williams-Blackwell, first vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap (M&M), a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout Canada and the United States. She also secured the buyer.
