Brookside Mini Storage in Kingsport, Tennessee, sold to an out-of-state private investor who owns multiple self-storage facilities along the East Coast. The facility at 1925 Brookside Drive comprises 61,325 net rentable square feet in 483 units. The property was 73% physically occupied at the time of sale. The seller, a local owner/operator, was represented in the transaction by Matthews Real Estate Investment Services.
