McKibben, regional manager of the firm’s Memphis office.
Anne Williams, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Memphis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local owner/operator. Williams also procured the buyer, a limited liability company. “The buyer owns several apartment complexes in the market and had recently purchased their first storage facility so this was a nice opportunity for them to grow their market share and gain economies of scale,” comments Williams.
