Plank Road contains 270 units and 36 vehicle-storage spaces, with half an acre for expansion. Located a mile east at 6014 W. Enterprise Road, Puro encompasses 26,940 square feet in 153 traditional units, plus five commercial units. The buyer and the seller, a private investor, were represented in the transaction by Marla Čolić and Anne Williams, investment specialists for Marcus & Millichap (M&M), a commercial real estate investment firm with offices throughout Canada and the United States.
