The three-property APC Storage portfolio in West Tennessee sold to a private-equity fund. Together, the facilities at 149 Rosemark Road in Atoka, 1700 Old Highway 51 S. in Brighton, and 4700 Mueller Brass Road in Covington comprise 259,647 rentable square feet in 1,736 units, 86 vehicle-storage spaces and seven commercial office spaces.
